Internet 2 was a long-time MAVD tenant, with excess space in their office. After unsuccessful attempts by Internet 2 to sublease a portion of its suite, MAVD provided a solution. As its tenant representative, MAVD combed the market and identified alternative new locations for Internet 2. MAVD successfully negotiated a new long-term lease for a right-sized suite at substantial savings to Internet 2. Simultaneously, MAVD identified a tenant and negotiated a new lease for the former Internet 2 space, providing an exit from the MAVD property for Internet 2, and stability for the MAVD property.
