350 South Main

Since 1996, this four-story, first-class office building with a distinctive corner clock tower has provided an important gateway to vibrant downtown Ann Arbor. Its Main Street location offers nearby shopping, dining, and galleries, as well as immediate access to  courts, and banking centers. A two-story atrium lobby welcomes visitors with access from Main Street in the front, and from a large municipal surface parking area to the rear.

Developed by MAVD, this 79,000 SF office provides two important features not visible from the pedestrian-friendly street: a full solar array on the rooftop and a parking garage beneath the building.
