Asset Management

Development Services

Since 1989, we have created successful developments for ourselves and others totaling over $700 million. Our skills span the entire development process—site selection, feasibility, planning, design, finance and construction.  We structure joint ventures to meet requirements of owners and partners, and we also provide consulting to assist owners in developing their own land or buildings.

Our professionals include registered architects and construction and finance experts with an average of more than 20 years of experience.


Project Management

MAVD is well equipped to manage expertly the many projects that are required over the life-cycle of a real estate investment. We manage projects including tenant and capital improvements, full-scale building renovations, and ground-up construction.


Asset acquisition

With a strong track record of identifying assets with strong growth potential, MAVD is actively pursuing new acquisition opportunities. MAVD is seeking office and mixed-use office assets, flex and value office assets, and ground-up development opportunities. Various investment structures will be considered depending on the requirements of joint venture and co-investment partners.

Target Geographic Areas:
  • Actively seeking investment opportunities along the Front Range of Colorado. Other markets considered.
